How Our Social Media Management Works
A step-by-step look at the setup, the moving parts, and what you receive when we build your social media management.
The Technical Details
Publishing runs from a content calendar with a defined cadence per platform, and assets are produced per platform rather than one image reposted everywhere, because each has different aspect ratios, safe areas and text handling. Native formats are used where the platform distributes them better, including video uploaded directly rather than linked. Copy is written to the truncation point so the message survives the more line. Alt text is written on every image and captions are supplied on every video, since a large share of feed video is watched without sound. Posting times are set from the account's own audience data rather than from generic best-time advice. Community management defines response time targets and an escalation path for complaints and for anything requiring an official answer. Measurement uses each platform's own definitions explicitly, since reach, impressions and views are defined differently on each and cannot be compared directly; link performance is measured at the destination through UTM parameters. Nothing is published about a competitor.
